Celebrate the flavors of fall with our October specials, thoughtfully prepared by Chef Luis and the Parlour 1886 team.

Begin with our Brussels Sprouts Salad featuring frisée, Granny Smith apples, delicately shaved butternut squash, goat cheese, and candied nuts. Warm up with a bowl of Butternut Squash Soup, finished with toasted sesame and served with brioche toast. For dessert, enjoy our Caramelized Apple Cider Bread Pudding with caramelized apples and vanilla bean ice cream.

October’s Historical Cocktail Feature is the Lion’s Tail—a warming Prohibition-era cocktail made with Boot Hill Bourbon, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters.
