Start with our Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta, featuring fresh heirloom tomatoes, toasted mozzarella, basil, and balsamic glaze on crisp toast. Savor our Lobster Seafood Pasta, where salmon, lobster, and shrimp are tossed with linguine, roasted tomatoes, fresh herbs, and a light lobster cream sauce, served with garlic toast. Finish with a slice of Warm Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, topped with salted caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream.
This month's Historical Cocktail Feature is the Horse's Neck—a crisp blend of bourbon, ginger ale, bitters, and lemon. A hotel-bar favorite since the 1800s.
